General: - No smoking inside the building - No loud music after 10pm - No pets allowed - No food or drinks on the concrete table centerpiece inside the main room Furniture: - Please do not move the furniture without the host's approval. - To avoid liability issues, we will move it for you. Alcohol: - Alcohol is permitted without an alcohol license for private events only - Please make sure you have an alcohol license if you are selling or serving alcohol at public/community type events hosted at our space.

We are located in Redondo Beach, California.
Where can I park?
Our building has 9 parking spots available directly in front.
Additionally, there is free street parking around the block.
How do I make a booking?

Can I collaborate with you?

What is your cancellation policy?
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
What is your pet policy?
As much as we love furry friends, we ask that they be left safely at home. This policy ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and the well-being of all our visitors. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
How's the lighting?
The space has plenty of natural light coming through multiple sunroofs in every room
Natural light can not be blocked out
How's the sound?
The space is not soundproof
Located on a somewhat busy street, but can easily be blocked out with music
